Thoroughbred Adoption Program

Second Chances is a partnership between the Plymouth County Sheriff's Department, the Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation, Suffolk Downs and the Fields Family Foundation. It is a rehabilitative initiative for both inmates and horses. Several horses have been adopted from the Sheriff's Farm since the program's inception in November of 2009.
